To my wonderful clients: I value your time and strive to provide the best service possible each and every time I see you! To ensure that I can accommodate ALL of you 🥰, Hair By Kori has a cancellation policy in place as stated below: 1. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before your scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee of your scheduled service price total. 2. Cancellations made on the same day as your scheduled appointment or you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged for 75% of your scheduled service price. There are exceptions, of course, we’re all human and I understand that things happen out of our control. Just communicate with me 🩷 3. If you are 20 or more minutes late to your appointment, unfortunately you forfeit your spot and will be responsible for 75% of your appointment total. I need to ensure I can accommodate to my other clients that are scheduled that day as well. *there are NO refunds* If there is something that you’d like me to relook at, please let me know! I am more than happy to adjust something if you just let me know! 🩵 I understand that emergencies happen! Trust me, I’ve got 2 crazy boys I have to put first if something happens with them. 😉 So, if you need to cancel or reschedule due to an unexpected situation, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate your needs, because I DO understand.
